will refer you to a specialist. Kalkaska Family Practice is attached to Kalkaska Memorial Health Center. Mancelona Family Practice is located in Mancelona at 419 W. State Street. All physicians
on staff at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center are board certified,
meeting the highest medical standards.
Kalkaska Memorial Health Center operates an
in-house Rural Health Clinic, which provides services to both
Medicare and Medicaid patients. Our charitable care program offers
special rates and programs to qualified residents. We’ve
teamed up with the Charlevoix District Health Department to offer
WOMANCARE, which provides an annual pelvic exam, PAP test, clinical
breast exam, mammogram, and educational instruction to eligible
women ages 40 to 64. Fees are based on ability to pay.
