The Munson Return to Work program was designed to meet the industrial rehabilitation needs of northern Michigan, specializing in safety, education, and returning injured workers to the work force in a timely manner. Work Hardening is an interdisciplinary, outcomes-focused, individualized program, which addresses the medical, psychological, behavioral, physical, functional, and vocational components of employability and return to work through job simulation, general conditioning, and education.
